Introduction:
This report summarizes my participation in AAE Summer Trainee Programme,held from August 24th to September 4th .I choose green business models as my assignment to further study.This report also includes a case study of a entrepreneurs called Archibald Zele .Here is the link of his personal information:

I choose him because the aim of his company is Logistics-warehousing-transporting,which is type of green business model.Archibald Zele’s company ‘Zele (logistics) Eco-Energy works’ already has a relatively more sustainable business activity and product.I believe that its green transportation methods can greatly protect the environment and can promote a greener future with other companies’ imitation and study. In the following section ,i will introduce two main method to make the company more competitive comparing with others.
Approach number 1:
Firstly ,the company can optimize the transporting route of logistics vehicles/lorries to find the best route ,which has the traits of shortest distance ,lowest fuel consumption,and shortest time.Company can reach this goal by searching professional online map and let workers to organize daily routes with help from AI.This implement can effectively reduce the cost of fuel and time with a better control of exhaust emissions.Then,the impact the emissions bring on environment can be reduced.In a long run,the short transport time can make clients/consumers enjoy the services more quickly ,which can build a positive brand image.Also,the company can finish more tasks in that limited time.As a result ,it can attract more consumers with increasing number of orders and profits.
Approach number 2:
Secondly,the company can introduce some new energy vehicles (especially electronic cars)as transporting cars to complete the transporting system.The electronic vehicles produce almost zero emissions and less noise pollution.At the same time,the cost of electricity is fewer than that of fuel,through the website:

So,through the resources ,the relative company may enjoy the support and subsidy spend by government.For example ,the company can receive technical help and government may introduce more talents to enter the industry .As a result ,the logistics sector will become more innovative,more competitive.
Overview:
In conclusion, the two methods about vehicles can effectively reduce the cost and has significant long term benefits. I hope this two approaches can be useful to Zele (logistics) Eco-Energy works. As for personal reflection ,the training of the AAE and the online resources help me to have a deeper understanding of green business model ,sustainable development, and the proper strategies that firms need to use. Theses things teach me a lot. So, i hope to continue exploring similar practices in the future.
