Gloria writes at the intersection of Climate Justice, Youth, Women, Education, and Public Policy. Her work examines how national frameworks such as Uganda's Climate Change Act 2021 and Vision 2040 translate into lived realities for young women and informal communities, with a focus on climate preparedness, girls' education continuity, and green skills for youth.
She is the founder-in-progress of a youth-led initiative on climate resilience and education equity to be launched in 2027. Her writing aims to make policy readable, gender-responsive, and youth-inclusive.
Her interests include analytical writing, structural editing, policy research, and making African research accessible to policymakers, entrepreneurs, and development partners.
