Responsible for preparing and drafting the narrative reports for AAE’s quarterly reports, aiming to systematically summarize the progress achieved during each quarter or other assigned reporting period.
Conduct data collection by gathering original materials such as departmental work briefs, project progress reports, and activity records from the aquarter. Develop the report framework by defining its overall structure, systematically organizing the content of each document, and summarizing key findings. After completing the initial draft, refined the language and logical structure to ensure the report’s comprehensiveness and accuracy.

Complete the drafting of the financial report template for the AAE fiscal year. Providing support for the calculation of the annual financial report.
