WIYAO is a member of the National Order of Engineers of Togo and has spent most of his career on construction projects. As an expert in project management, he has led the design, study and execution of several major civil engineering infrastructure projects in Africa, including Togo, Benin, Ivory Coast, and Guinea Bissau. Based today in Togo, WIYAO is an international consultant in cost control of infrastructure and industry projects process. He accompanies companies, and multinationals in the installation of their factory until the implementation of production and processing programs. He represents as technical assistance to the contracting authorities of real estate projects, in the development of the roadmap for assembling, monitoring and carrying out their projects. Technical Director of CBC BTP based in Togo, WIYAO is in charge of all the methodology and organization of the sites executed in the company according to the rules of the art.
