With over a decade of experience in academia and training, Rose lectures at Kisii University and Tulips Commercial College, delivering courses in entrepreneurship, business ethics, human resource policy, and organizational behavior. She also facilitates workshops for SMEs, women’s groups, and community organizations, focusing on enterprise growth, policy implementation, and capacity building.
