Mr. Balla Moussa Dioubate is a PhD student at the Faculty of Business & Management, University Sultan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia. He received his Master's in Information Technology by Research (MIT) from the International Islamic University Malaysia after completing a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from the same university. He also holds a second Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Geomatika University College.
In 2016, he worked as a lecturer in IT subjects (Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Organization & Architecture, and Operating Systems) at Geomatika University College Malaysia. From 2012 to 2015, he worked as a tutor for Calculus 1, Discrete Mathematics, and Elementary Statistics at the International Islamic University Malaysia. Since 2017, he has been teaching at Global Indian International School (GIIS) Malaysia.
His current research interests include information security risk management in higher education institutions.
