Andruga Mike Francis is a man who prefers actions with tangible results rather than promises and words. As a holder of a Master’s degree in Official Statistics, Mike upholds the basic tenets of project development in order to produce tangible results based on planning realistic goals and action plans. Beyond just producing results, Mike also debriefs his team to check and see the process conducted and finds out specific actions that could be improved in order to streamline the process to process a more efficient strategy moving forward.
Mike began his professional career as a Statistician of a National Bureau of Statistics, Juba, South Sudan focusing on Database Management and large dataset Analysis. With his credentials and his work ethic, Mike didn’t find it hard to rise among the ranks and became senior Statistician within a year of employment. He then started to replicate his applied process among his peers, and his managers took note of how valuable he is for the National bureau of Statistics. He also got the attention of companies wanting to acquire him and gave him a couple of offers, of which he refused because of the potential he sees for growth in his Statistics. He was correct, and the loyalty and hard work he showed bore fruit and he got another promotion within 8 months after becoming a senior team leader. He was ready for the big league.
Mike, functioning as an operations manager in his position, showed beyond doubt that he was perfect for the job. He didn’t just meet goals; he exceeded them month in and month out. He created seamless processes that were undeniably close to genius. Being close to his peers, we also received recognition for being an inspiration and a constant motivator in his line of business. He also had some hard months, time of which clients seemed very difficult to manage, but in such times his leadership rose above the challenge and proved that true leadership is only made better with tough times.
