Compared to roles that rely mainly on real-time oral interaction, I am more effective in assignments that are research- and documentation-focused, and I can contribute consistently through asynchronous collaboration.

I expect to gain practical experience in supporting projects related to SME development in Africa, while contributing my skills in research, data analysis, and written communication.I also hope to learn from AAE’s international team and gain broader exposure to development work in practice within an international, open, and inclusive team environment.
