What type of assigment would you like?
I am eager to take on challenging tasks and learn from my outstanding colleagues. I'm truly happy with my seemingly delivered task related to in organizing webinars, which I think will be meaningful for building real-life connections and communications among young entrepreneurs. I am also interested in assignments that involve 1.Building connections with organizations and institutions, such as acting as a communication liaison with Chinese institutions 2.Assisting with or independently creating written materials and visual content I would appreciate opportunities that involve strategic communication and collaboration, focusing on less repetitive tasks. However, I remain open to all assignments and am excited to learn and contribute wherever needed. ps: If possible, I would appreciate tasks that offer flexible timing and are scheduled more on weekends, as I have a full schedule of univerity work during weekdays. However, I am willing to adjust my availability if needed.
What are your reason(s) for choosing these tasks(s
I am motivated to choose these tasks because they provide opportunities to take on challenges, develop new skills, and strengthen my cross-cultural communication and problem-solving abilities. Tasks that involve interacting with people, such as organizing webinars, conducting interviews, or connecting with organizations, particularly appeal to me, as they involve unpredictability and require diverse skills. These responsibilities align closely with my previous volunteer experience, allowing me to contribute effectively while exploring new opportunities. I believe AAE offers an excellent platform to apply my abilities and continue learning in a meaningful way.
What are your expectations on working with AAE?
I hope to use my skills to help build a communication and information network that supports young African entrepreneurs. Personally, I hope to gain more practical working experience in international organizations and enterprises, understand how they operate, and become a more professional and reliable collaborator. I look forward to contributing meaningfully to others while also gaining opportunities to access relevant work and volunteering experiences in late future.
