- AAE’s task supervision by objectives approach (MBO) aims to align volunteer/intern performance with AAE goals to improve efficiency and increase motivation. Interns are permitted to choose a task themselves. As well, interns are welcome to change their task at any time, if they find their assigned task unsuitable.
